Buy credits and track your purchases
01In a nutshell #sec_d161fb4a
A credit is purchased by card, from a fixed quote, under an explicit Billing right — and each purchase leaves a line that says who accepted which version of the terms, when, and what the purchase has become.
02Before buying: the right #sec_eb5098b6
Subscription administration does not automatically grant the right to purchase by card. A purchase screen opened without this right displays it at the top: An explicit Billing right is required — request this authorization from an administrator of your subscription.
This is intentional: governing the subscription and committing its budget are two responsibilities, and the second is entrusted by name.
03Before buying: estimating #sec_ac571032
Cost simulator — accessible from Estimate my need on the purchase screen, and What tier? on the tier screen. It is pre-filled with what this subscription has actually done: governed identities, campaigns per year, decisions per campaign, average duration, RITA questions per month. Modify what you know better than us: next year.
It returns, over 12 or 24 months, the cost of your edition and where the two editions intersect: from N campaigns per year, Unlimited costs less than OneShot. And it says it without pushing: the choice is yours: OneShot remains legitimate for occasional use.
Its last line applies to this entire chapter: a simulation, not a quote. Nothing is ordered, reserved or debited here. And the real figure is elsewhere: the cost of a campaign is the very figure that the wizard announces and debits.
04Buy credits #sec_0e28b3ae
Buy credits, in four cards.
Volume to buy. Choose your volume. The server calculates the marginal price and VAT before any acceptance. The available balance is displayed next to it; if a purchase order covers the purchase, its number appears.
Your quote. The amount and conditions below are fixed for this offer. A change requires a new quote. A pack complements your existing contract: no change of edition, no recurring subscription. Under Quote reference and conditions, the imprint of the offer and the version of the terms of sale that you are about to accept.
Secure payment. Card details are entered in Stripe. REVIEWIT does not receive them and does not save your card. The tax address is that of the contract; no delivery is requested.
Tracking. After payment, the page updates itself — automatic verification, usually less than a minute — then displays the applied credits and the new balance. Checking the processing forces a re-reading. The credits are only available after confirmation of payment.
Canceling an ongoing payment is possible, with one rule: the cancellation will only be displayed once the server has confirmed it — an already completed payment cannot be canceled here.
05Change tier #sec_d8d1190f
Changing tier follows the same grammar — Billing right, fixed quote, payment, tracking — to go up. A tier change applies at the beginning of the next term; beyond N identities, the next tier applies.
Going down is scheduled: Schedule a tier downgrade sets the target tier and its effective date, displayed thereafter under Scheduled downgrade. Nothing changes before the date.
The highest tier has no public price: on quote, with your REVIEWIT contact.
06My purchases #sec_afe473ad
Supervision › My purchases. Each purchase by card begins with the acceptance of the terms of sale. Here is who accepted which version, when, and what the purchase has become.
One line per purchase: date, buyer, purchase, amount, accepted conditions — with a link to the exact version of the document — and outcome. This is the piece that an accounting department or an auditor will ask for, and it is there without producing anything.
07My contract #sec_cd0a8268
My contract describes what you have signed: the duration, the notice period, and what exactly your subscription covers. This page does not modify anything — a contract evolves through amendments.
It bears the signature date, the commitment, the notice period to be given before the …, the billed entity, the payment terms, and your purchase orders. The amounts are not displayed on this screen: they are on your contractual documents and on your invoices. A demonstration subscription often has no registered contract, and the screen states this.
08What you monitor #sec_f505a0f5
| When | What |
|---|---|
| Each month | The percentage of quota consumed, subscription card on the homepage |
| Before each major wave | The balance, and Estimate the cost in the Workspace Center |
| Each quarter | The simulator, with your figures for next year |
| Before the notice period | My contract: the deadline is written there |
09To remember #sec_08ea789c
Simulating is free and does not commit anything; buying requires a named right, goes through a fixed quote and a card that REVIEWIT does not see; each purchase leaves its line with the accepted version of the conditions. The level is changed for the next term, never for yesterday.
