Getting to grips with the Workspace Center
01What you will do #sec_8c305552
Recognize the five areas of the screen, understand what each one controls, and know where to look when something goes wrong. Allow fifteen minutes, without changing anything.
02What you are responsible for #sec_93814d57
A workspace is a governance unit: an entity to which the central administration has delegated the governance of its accesses, within a defined scope and with counted means.
You are its administrator. You organize campaigns, you follow up, you unblock — and you do not approve anything. No screen allows you to make a review decision in place of a reviewer. This is not a right you lack: it is the raison d'être of the product.
03The banner, and what it monitors for you #sec_057b8262
Four indicators, from left to right.
The credit counter — for example OneShot · 3050 credits. This is your envelope. A campaign consumes; when there is nothing left, you do not launch anymore.
The SCORE — the health status of your governance, in percentage.
The workspace selector — if you administer several, this is where you change. Check it before acting: all actions on the screen concern the displayed workspace.
The alert bell — with the number of open problems.
04The home page: RITA, or tiles #sec_7a0d38de
Under the banner, a toggle: Assistant / Tiles.
Assistant opens RITA. You ask it your management questions in French — where are my campaigns, who is late, what is the workload of my team. Four suggestions are immediately proposed: Overview of campaigns, Alerts and blockages, Team workload, Overdue requests. Your recurring formulations are kept in MY PROMPTS.
Tiles gives a classic view, in a reorganizable grid.
Both display the same facts. The toggle chooses how you query them, not what is shown to you.
05The alert banner #sec_934fc1ac
Above everything, a line of the type:
⚠ 1 critical problem(s) to be dealt with — Alert Center ›
It does not disappear as long as the problem is open. This is intentional: a banner that can be closed with a click is a banner that is no longer read.
06The navigation, unfolded #sec_464f3351
The left menu opens with the icon at the top. Six entries:
| Entry | What you find there |
|---|---|
| Home | RITA or the tiles |
| Campaigns | New campaign · Manage campaigns · Steering |
| Governance | Sanctuarization · Delegation |
| Supervision | Reports · Alert Center · Audit |
| Settings | Workspace settings |
| Resources | Documentation |
Two entries deserve a mention right now.
Sanctuarization puts a resource out of the scope of reviews, for a written reason and a limited duration. This is not a discreet exception: it is a traced cycle, with a reason, a justification and a deadline, and nothing is ever deleted.
Delegation organizes the transfer of decision between reviewers, with the same discipline: twelve months maximum, never a permanent delegation.
07Where to look when things get stuck #sec_7bbceda3
| Symptom | Where to go |
|---|---|
| A campaign is not progressing | Campaigns › Management |
| A technical blockage | Supervision › Alert Center |
| « Who did what, when? » | Supervision › Audit |
| A figure to extract | Supervision › Reports |
| No more credits | The banner counter, then the subscription administrator |
08What to keep in mind #sec_ec5c6e47
Your scope is bounded, and the boundary is not yours. What your workspace can see was set at its creation by the central administration. If a scope is missing for you, it is to them you must turn.
Your credits too. You spend them; you do not assign them to yourself.
Your actions are traced. All of them, with your name. This is what makes the delegation of governance acceptable to the one who delegated it to you.
09To remember #sec_24df6732
A banner that monitors four things, a welcome page that you query in French, six menu entries, and a rule that will not change: you organize the judgment, you do not deliver it.
