What RITA does for you, and what she doesn't

Machine translation, not yet reviewedThis page was translated by a model from the French version, which is authoritative. Read the French version.

01In a nutshell #sec_2d044e6b

RITA reads your reviews, answers in French, writes a justification and takes you to the right place — but the sentence that closes her panel is the only one that really matters: RITA never decides for you.

02Where to find her #sec_5b182105

Two doors, for two uses.

The Ask RITA button, at the top of My reviews. It opens a conversation panel on your queue.

The Suggest with RITA button, in the Certify panel, under the Justification field. It proposes a formulation for the decision you are about to make.

03The panel #sec_e8ba7455

It opens on your scope — Your work queue · N requests · N campaigns — and a welcome sentence: I can analyze the campaigns you are following: overdue requests, resources that regularly fail a policy, or a justification to be written. What do you need?

Under the Ask a question about your reviews... field, suggested questions:

  • What are my overdue requests?
  • Which resources have failed the Ownership policy two times in a row?
  • Summarize what has changed since my last review
  • Write a justification for the requests still pending

They are not decorative: each is a question that RITA knows how to handle by reading your data, and they set the tone for useful questions.

04What she can do #sec_26daaa7a

Count and find. “How many requests are assigned to me?”, “which one is the oldest?”, “what is mine and overdue?”. RITA answers with the number, names the resource and the campaign, and — this is the point — proposes a button: Show the N pending requests. The answer leads to the filtered queue. An answer without a door would not save you time.

Explain. What an inactivity policy is, what Non-compliant means, what an escalation produces. RITA relies on the documentation of this portal and quotes it when she does. If she doesn't know, she says so, rather than inventing.

Write. A justification, based on the context of the request — policy, criteria, what has been observed. It is a proposal: reread it, correct it, or replace it. It bears your name, not hers.

Summarize. What has changed since your last review, what has been certified in the last few days, what remains.

05What it does not do #sec_e153830f

Decide. No sentence you write to it makes a decision. “Keep everything” is not an order, it is a question that it will refuse to execute. The only path to a decision goes through the Certify panel and the Save decision button.

See beyond your scope. RITA reads what you can read. It will not tell you what another reviewer has decided, nor what a campaign contains outside of your scope.

Decide for you in a doubtful case. If you do not answer for this access, the outcomes are those of the page When you cannot decide alone — consult, delegate, escalate. RITA can help you formulate the request; it does not carry it.

06Converse, and resume #sec_84e95024

An answer to RITA is not a new question. I confirm, help me or not, compared to your previous answer resume the thread: it takes into account what it has just said. If the thread gets tangled, Reset the conversation starts over from scratch, on the same scope.

07Saved prompts #sec_77e3e874

A question you ask every campaign is worth keeping. Save this prompt stores it under Saved prompts ; saved prompts remain available for your next reviews. One click asks it again; Remove deletes it.

A good saved question names a policy, a campaign or a resource. “What’s new?” will remain vague each time.

08The suggested justification #sec_0c516ee0

In the Certify panel, Suggest with RITA fills the Justification field from the criteria displayed above. Three rules of use:

  1. Read it. It describes what has been observed; if you decide against the observation,

it will not say why — it is up to you to write it.

  1. It is yours. Once saved, no trace says that it was suggested.

The auditor will read your name.

  1. It does not choose. The buttons Compliant and Non-compliant remain yours;

the suggestion does not check anything.

09To remember #sec_7a169487

Ask it what you would ask a colleague who knows your queue by heart: where am I, what is urgent, how to formulate this. Keep to yourself what a colleague cannot do for you: decide.
